Introduction to Board Diving (Grades 5-8)- Learn the basics of this great sport, as well as starting to learn the tuck dive, forward dive, and back dive will be taught in a safe environment. Perfect for anyone interested in diving for MSP.
Note:
Board Diving Class Dates: 9/29, 10/6, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10. Wednesday Nights from 6:15-7:00pm @PHS Pool. No class on 10/13.
Prequalification: Divers must be able to do a basic dive into the water from the side of the pool deck and not be afraid to go off the diving board. The course is designed to prepare the participant for competitive diving.
